Ingredients of Nagasari
- You need 250 gr of tepung beras.
- It's 600 ml of santan.
- You need 2 sdt of garam.
- You need 150 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 4 buah of pisang.
- You need Secukupnya of daun pisang yg sudah dilayu.
Nagasari instructions
- Potong pisang menjadi 4 bagian.
- Campurkan santan, gula dan garam, aduk rata.
- Masak santan di atas api kecil, tambahkan tepung beras sambil terus diaduk.
- Aduk rata adonan hingga mengental.
- Ambil daun pisang, isi 1 sdm adonan, beri 1 potong pisang, kemudian tutup dengan 1 sdm adonan lagi, bungkus.
- Kukus selama 30 menit.
